This unique and modern furnished apartment complex offers you every comfort for a wonderful holiday and stay in Suriname. Fully furnished, equipped with a water pressure, electric water heater, LED TV (40 inch), DVD player and home cinema system, laundry.
LOCATION
Within walking distance is the famous Wilhelminastraat, which connects Rainville with the center of Paramaribo. Pharmacy Sowma, bakery Hollandia, and various catering companies including: PizzaHut, Popeyes, KFC are also accessible on foot. In the evening you can also take a walk to the nightlife around Hotel Torarica, Royal Torarica ‘t Vat, Waterkant. Every evening people sit on the waterfront enjoying the well-known Parbo Beer. It is a kind of meeting point in the evenings. You will therefore pass the Presidential Palace when you go to the Waterkant. The old historic center is also close to the waterfront. There are plenty of city buses and taxis available during the day that can transport you to the city center. All this within walking distance.

The complex consists of 4 apartments; two downstairs and two upstairs with independent entrance. Accommodations; 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, balcony / terrace, shower & toilet, full air conditioning, standing fan.

– Leo upstairs apartment at the front, maximum 4 persons.
– Ponirin above apartment at the back, maximum 4 persons.
– Casandra downstairs apartment front side, maximum 4 persons.
– Sofia-Ann downstairs apartment backside, maximum 4 persons
HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments. If this house rule is violated, the lease will be terminated immediately and you will have to leave the house. The rent is not refundable.
- In case of calamities or irregularities, Riando reserves the right to immediately terminate the lease.
RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION
– At the latest 1 week after your reservation, you must transfer an advance of € 250 to account number NL06INGB0009563530 in the name of Stg. M&Z Groep / Riando NV stating your booking number.
– The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before you move into the apartment. If your payment is not received or received too late, your booking will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.
– The deposit of € 135 will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days after checking the apartment, if no damage has been found.
– In case of cancellation, change or no-show (no-show) up to 60 days before he arrival date, 70% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation of the apartment for any reason, we apply the cancellation conditions.
SERVICES
- Welcome pack (hot meal or bread, peanut butter, drinks, toilet paper, sugar, tea)
- Laundry 50 SRD per 150 minutes excluding detergent (2x washing machine).
- Maid service including cleaning products € 25 per cleaning.
TRANSPORT
Transport to and from the airport is possible. You must report this no later than 3 days before departure to Suriname. The costs are on request.
RENTAL PRICE
The rental price includes:
- Use of our wireless internet connection (WiFi).
- Linen (Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels) you can change this once a week with our hostess.

Uitchecktijd is tot 14:00 uur, verlengingskosten €25 tot 19:00 uur
INVENTORY
On arrival our host or hostess will review the inventory with you and before departure the inventory will be reviewed with you.
SECURITY
Camerabewaking 7 dagen per week 24 uur per dag.
De camerabeelden worden gemonteerd van 22:00 tot 07:00 uur, in geval van calamiteiten kunnen wij via de luidspreker (deze zijn aan het gebouw gemonteerd) communiceren.
De appartementen zijn voorzien van dievenijzer.
VISIT
Because we want to keep the peace for all guests, we request that you limit the visit to 2 people at a time.
