House rules:
Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments. If this house rule is violated, the lease will be terminated immediately and you will have to leave the apartment. The rent is not refundable.
In case of calamities or irregularities, Riando NV reserves the right to immediately terminate the lease.
Not allowed: Noise pollution. Too many and busy visitors.

Reservation, Deposit, Cancellation
At the latest 1 week after your reservation, you must transfer an advance of € 250 to account number NL06INGB0009563530 in the name of ‘Stichting M&Z Groep’, stating your booking number and name.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before you move into the apartment.
If your payment is not received or is received too late, your booking will be canceled, and the cancellation conditions will apply.
The deposit of € 135 will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days after checking the apartment, if no damage is found.
In case of cancellation of the apartment for any reason, we apply the cancellation conditions.

Inventory
